Event Photography Our Style

We at Pinner Events will meet or speak with you to find out what your requirements are and how we can best harmonise with your event so that we provided added bonus. We can be as discrete as you require us to be when taking photographs at your event. For example, sometimes we are asked to cover an event without flash photography. (Not possible at some indoor events.) but we do have a mobile studio which we can setup in a convenient corner at the event.

Our photographers will take photographs during your event or function as previously arranged with you. We use a on site printing and viewing system made by Mitsubishi, this allows us to transfer photos from the camera to a computer and then the images can be viewed either on the computer screen on if available on a large digital TV screen in the room. This allows your guests to view the images when they want and allow them to select the ones they would like. Once selected we print them out on a high quality dye sublimation printer. These printers not only produce lab quality prints they are very stable and will last a long time.

Pinner events will print out on the night the photographs as 6" x 9" and presented in a quality mount, unless a different size has been previously agreed with yourselves. We can print up to 12" x 8" on the night but we cannot change size during the night. If your guests want different sizes then they can order and pay for them on the night and we will send them to the guest, because of the high quality of the images we have prints can be produced to very large sizes and on canvas.

If you would like we can put the photographs taken on the night on our web site so your guests can order their photos after the event from the comfort of their own home. There may be a small charge for this but please discuss this with us.

When it is time to go we will quietly pack our equipment away and leave you pleased that you thought of us, so much so, that you will be happy to invite us back year after year!
